Designation : Area Sales Manager - Retail & Institution

Role: The person will be responsible for handling the retail and institutional sales for Sula's Domestic & International brands.

Location: Chennai

Desired Skills & Traits:
  1. Any Graduate with experience of 5-7 years in the related field
  2. Good communication with pleasing personality
  3. Assertive, confident, proactive and result oriented
  4. Must have team handling skills
  5. Candidate with experience in working in Corporation market will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing sales from retail outlets and key accounts i.e. Five Star Hotels & Hospitality group
  2. Ensuring the set sales targets are achieved keeping in view the monthly marketing budget
  3. Carry out promotions from time to time
  4. Solve complaints & queries of the retailers
  5. Creating brand awareness
  6. Keeping a tap on competitors' activities
  7. Follow up for payments from the distributors
  8. Maintaining relationship with distributors
  9. Preparing and sending monthly sales status reports
